Typhoon Narra has caused severe flooding across Chongzuo City and the surrounding Guangxi region following heavy rainfall that began on 25 August. An Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal was issued on 26 August at 6:45 p.m., with the hazard expected to persist until 28 August. The flooding has submerged residential areas, disrupted transportation networks, and affected thousands of acres of agricultural land across a radius of approximately 56 km.
