UK (FCDO) travel advisory — Saudi Arabia

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advises against all travel to areas within 10 kilometres of the Saudi Arabia-Yemen border, and against all but essential travel to areas between 10 and 80 kilometres from that border. This advisory applies across a broad affected radius and remains active as of mid-June 2026.

If you are currently on site in the affected zone, you should not travel to or remain in the restricted areas closest to the border. If you are between 10 and 80 kilometres from the border, limit your movements to essential activities only and stay alert to your surroundings.
